Bell Lancaster Limited operate a manned 24hr 7 days a week 365 days a year emergency response service which is open to all our service contract customers.

Your call will be dealt with by our operator staff and if required by a follow up call from one of our trained service engineers who will then attend site if required.

In addition to the service above we provide remote monitoring services through our partnered Alarm receiving centre (ARC) company. Whether you have an existing contract or have a new requirement we can install your equipment and have you fully monitored in one swift operation.
